1. Scope of application for (potential) customers of VPZ and third parties
Nachfolgende Informationen dienen (potentiellen) Kundinnen und Kunden (nachfolgend der «Kunde») der VPZ Vermögens Planungs Zentrum AG (nachfolgend die «VPZ»).Ausserdem dienen nachfolgende Informationen auch (potentiellen) Kunden Dritter, mit welchen VPZ zusammenarbeitet. Der (potentielle) Kunde des Dritten muss in keinem Vertragsverhältnis zur VPZ stehen.

‍2. Company, address, fields of activity and supervisory status
VPZ is registered as an independent broker (registration no. F00110763) in the official register in accordance with the Insurance Supervision Act. It is an active member of the Swiss Financial Advisors Association (SFBV), a member of the Association for Quality Assurance in Financial Services (VQF) – an officially recognized self-regulatory organization (SRO) in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) – a certified Cicero member, and affiliated with the Ombudsman Association for Financial Service Providers. In addition, VPZ advisors are registered in the Swiss Advisor Register in accordance with FIDLEG regservices.ch by BX Swiss AG.

3. Complaints, mediation procedures and ombudsman
If the customer has any complaints regarding the services provided by VPZ, they are welcome to contact VPZ so that a solution can be found together. If this is not successful, the customer can initiate a mediation procedure before the following ombudsman's office:

‍4. Risks
The risks associated with the purchase of financial products are explained to the customer prior to conclusion of the contract and provided in writing. Customers can view and download the brochure «Risks in Trading Financial Instruments» from the Swiss Bankers Association at www.swissbanking.ch or from the relevant product provider.

‍5. Product information
Product information is provided separately in advance. An appropriateness and/or suitability assessment is always carried out before the investment process.

6. Costs and compensation by third parties
VPZ shall be compensated for its expenses, either by the customer itself and/or by third parties. The costs for the customer and the compensation by third parties are set out in the separate form.

‍7. Economic ties to third parties and conflicts of interest
VPZ has taken appropriate organizational measures to prevent conflicts of interest between itself and the customer or between its employees and customers, and to prevent discrimination against customers as a result of a conflict of interest.

‍8. Market supply
When selecting financial instruments, VPZ generally only considers external financial instruments.

‍9. Liability
VPZ's liability is expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law. In particular, VPZ shall not be liable for: slight or moderate negligence, incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, transmission errors (including lost, delayed, or incomplete transmissions), legal advice (unless separately agreed), tax consequences, general and specific market and product risks, unrealized profits due to delayed availability or unavailability of the customer, force majeure, or third-party services.

‍10. Involvement of third parties
The VPZ may engage third parties to provide the services.

‍11. Communication and last known address
The customer communicates with VPZ in writing, by telephone, by email, or through other electronic communication channels. Delivery by VPZ is deemed to have been validly effected if delivery is made to the last known address (in writing, by telephone, by email, or through other electronic communication channels).

‍12. Data protection and data transfer
VPZ processes the customer's personal data in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations. The customer agrees that their personal data may be shared within the VPZ Group (VPZ Vermögens Planungs Zentrum AG, VPZ Investment AG) and with partner companies in connection with the development of their financial plan.

‍13. Right of withdrawal
The customer may revoke the application to conclude a contract or their declaration of acceptance with VPZ if Art. 40a ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (revocation of doorstep sales and similar contracts) applies.

‍14. Changes
VPZ may unilaterally amend regulations applicable to the customer, provided that the customer does not object within 14 days of valid delivery.

This general information constitutes advertising. Any prospectuses, simplified prospectuses, Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs) or basic information sheets on individual financial instruments are available free of charge from VPZ.
